By placing an order with Melowisp, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products All Melowisp pieces are handmade and may have slight variations in finish, texture, or appearance. These are not defects — they are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods.

2. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept online payments and PayNow (bank transfer). For PayNow orders, payment must be completed within 48 hours or your order may be cancelled.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in SGD unless otherwise stated. International customers will see prices converted to their local currency. Melowisp reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Processing & Shipping Orders are processed within 2–5 working days. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 days (Singapore) and 7–28 days (international). Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

5. Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Melowisp is not liable for delays caused by customs.

6. Returns & Repairs We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship — if your piece has a manufacturing defect, we offer free repairs. Return shipping for repairs is the buyer's responsibility.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels Melowisp is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if available.

8. Intellectual Property All product designs, images, and content on melowisp.com are owned by Melowisp and may not be reproduced without permission.
