Shipping information
Processing times: 1-3 working days
Domestic shipping: 2-5 working days
International shipping: 7-28 working days

We use recycled postage bags and bubble wrap for shipping, so they may not look the cutest! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) ‹𝟹

Lost/Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any parcels that get lost, damaged or delayed during transit.
All parcels will be shipped with full tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

Shipping to the EU (VAT, import taxes & regulations)
All orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to VAT and import duties upon arrival, in accordance with EU VAT regulations. These rates vary depending on the state and often range between 19-25% of the order value.
Orders valued above €150 may incur additional import duties on top of VAT.  
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable rates before placing your order.

Updated Shipping to the EU (12 Aug 2026)
Due to EU's recent Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requirements, we will be temporarily pausing all shipments to the European Union from 14 August 2026. 

We are actively working to ensure compliance and hope to resume EU shipping as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Shipping to the US
We currently we do not ship to the US due to recent tariffs. Hopefully, this changes in the future.
